Healthy Life
For my breakfast i usually eat food with high carbohydrate such as cereal, oat and bread.Meanwhile, for lunch i will take balance diet where there is fruit, rice, vegetable and meat.Next, its tea time.For this meal i just drink tea with biscuits or fruit juice. Lastly, i have soup, rice, yogurt drinks and dessert for example ice-cream for my dinner.Overall, eat what you feel that can make you healthy enough so you will not regret what you eat.
